Our Design Process
Design is not only what it looks like, it's also how it works.
That is our approach to Design in Architecture and Interiors. In order to provide the best results, we follow a process we've created to ensure each project ends up having the right design, tailor suited to your needs and style.
Our Stages of Design
Stage I
We focus on listening to your needs, likes and dislikes, and based on that, we prepare preliminary sketches, layouts, and drawings. We continue to develop the final design together, this being the
"pre-design stage".
In this stage, we prepare mood boards and different designs for you to choose from. We work together with you to make sure we are covering all bases before we move on to the next stage.
Stage II
Going a little deeper, we work out the details together to reach the point where we can say we have a final design. We know lots of clients are concerned that designer will hit the bull's eye on what they are looking for, for that reason, in this stage, we include all the revisions and back and forth that's necessary to cover all ground. We offer assistance to choose materials and buy furniture at stores in this stage.
Stage III
After we work out the technical details, we provide detailed plans and all the necessary documentation to all workers involved and we hand-off the project to the contractor assigned. Leaving no room for anything to fall through the cracks. In this last stage, we offer project supervision, consultation and guidance during the construction phase to make sure it all goes according to the plan.
